As one of the most beloved and celebrated opera stars of this decade, Jakub Jozef Orliński has seduced previous Festival audiences with his spellbinding performances. He returns to Montreal to present his selection of Baroque masterpieces. 

Pianist Michal Biel’s sensitive, refined playing  exalts (or: elevates, complements)  the countertenor’s voice. This is a duo that creates the perfect alchemy between the music and the interpretation of works by Purcell, Handel, contemporary composers and, of course, Bach.
