For this second performance at the Bach 2024 Festival, the Akademie für Alte Musik Berlin brings period instruments up to date with Baroque classics. Akamus has played a significant role in the rediscovery of the music of Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach and Georg Philipp Telemann. They have performed from New York to Tokyo, via London, but this time it’s in Montreal that they will bring Baroque culture to life for one evening.
