Before offering an organ recital on November 16 at Saint Joseph’s Oratory, Mont-Royal, Joseph Ripka<\/strong> will also perform in August at St. Fin Barre’s Cathedral, Cork.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Composer and titular organist at Saint Augustin church in Paris, Didier Matry<\/a><\/strong> will perform in Seoul in October before coming to Montreal on November 23, 2025, at Saint Joseph’s Oratory of Mount Royal, where he will perform works inspired by Bach as well as by French composers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Samy Moussa<\/strong> Montreal conductor and composer, will orchestrate a series of international events this year, with concerts scheduled in Halifax, Washington and Hamburg, demonstrating his ability to fuse Baroque tradition and modernity. He will be in Montreal to open the 19\u1d49 edition of the Festival International Bach Montr\u00e9al on November 21, 2025 at the Maison symphonique<\/a> with a performance of the oratorio \u201cElias\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thomas Dunford<\/strong> lute virtuoso, begins his European tour, already announced with dates at renowned festivals such as the Lucerne Festival or the Cavatina Hall at Bielsko-Bia\u0142a). He will be in Montreal on November 23, 2025<\/a> for a one-off concert at Chapelle Notre-Dame-de-Bon-Secours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Countertenor Jakub Jozef Orlinski<\/a><\/strong>, who combines pop charisma with operatic virtuosity, will give an electrifying concert at the Olympia in Paris on October 12, 2025, as part of his #LetsBaRock! project. He will also share the stage at the Festival International Bach Montr\u00e9al on November 24, 2025 with pianist Micha\u0142 Biel, combining traditional and contemporary at the heart of Baroque masterpieces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les Arts Florissants<\/strong> embark on a world tour in 2025 that includes the 9\u1d49 edition of the Festival de Printemps in the Vend\u00e9e, where their program dedicated to Handel will delight Baroque music lovers. They will be at the Festival International Bach Montr\u00e9al on November 25, 2025<\/a> with an innovative interpretation of Vivaldi’s \u201cFour Seasons\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before coming to Montreal on November 26, 2025, German-Iranian pianist Schaghajegh Nosrati<\/a><\/strong> will present her interpretation of J.S. Bach’s 6 partitas at Berlin, at the Pierre Boulez Saal on November 16 and 17, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An innovative accordionist, Th\u00e9o Ould<\/strong> will perform at the Festival International Bach Montr\u00e9al on November 27, 2025<\/a>, before continuing his international commitments with a performance at Boston’s Pickman Hall on December 2 and a tour with the Brussels Philharmonic in early 2026. His new production of an album dedicated to Astor Piazzolla also illustrates his desire to explore and reinvent the classical repertoire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Phantasm, consort of violas<\/a><\/strong> performs at London’s Temple Church in June 2025. Montreal audiences will be treated to the Festival International Bach Montr\u00e9al on November 27, 2025 at Salle Bourgie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This autumn, harpsichordist Luc Beaus\u00e9jour<\/a><\/strong> and his ensemble Les Go\u00fbts r\u00e9unis<\/em> will be performing a series of concerts in Quebec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since his consecration at the Victoires du jazz with a nomination as instrumental artist of the year, Paul Lay<\/strong> continues his escapades between classical music and jazz.  After his Beethoven reinterpretation (Full Solo), his trio will be in Montreal<\/a> on December, 2nd to share their Bach reinterpretation (Bach’s Groove) at Studio TD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sergei Babayan <\/strong>returns to Montreal on December 4, 2025 at Salle Bourgie<\/a>. In parallel, he takes part in other international festivals, notably the Verbier Festival in Switzerland, and will perform at Carneghie Hall in December 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Bach Stiftung St. Gallen<\/a><\/strong> ensemble will be a guest at the Bach Week (Bachwoche Ansbach) in Ansbach (D) in August. It will make its North American debut in 2025, in partnership with the Festival International Bach Montr\u00e9al. Under the direction of chief interpreter Rudolf Lutz.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
